Hamar Foster is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law, University of Victoria. 

Frank Leonard, currently on leave from the College of New Caledonia, is preparing a doctoral dissertation concerning the role of the Grand Trunk Pacific Railway Company in the development of northern British Columbia. 

Syed Aziz-al Ahsan holds an MA from the University of British Columbia and has contributed to Asian Profile, the International Journal of Middle-East Studies and the International Political Science Abstract.
